The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a privately owned property investment company based in Bournemouth.

This is a portfolio management role overseeing residential flats owned by a single long-term landlord rather than multiple individual clients. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day property management, including maintenance coordination, tenant communication, inspections, renewals and ensuring the portfolio continues to operate smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll also oversee property marketing for vacant units, coordinate repairs and refurbishments, organise inventories and manage tenancy documentation.
