The role

We’re recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established independent estate agency based in Southampton.

This is a front-end lettings role involving viewings, negotiating lets, registering applicants and helping landlords find the right tenants for their properties. You’ll be dealing with applicants, tenants and landlords daily, building relationships and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process.

The role would suit someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of lettings and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
