The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established independent estate agency based in Southampton.

This is a front-end lettings role involving viewings, negotiating lets, building landlord relationships and helping drive the continued growth of the department. You’ll be dealing with applicants and landlords daily, managing enquiries, arranging viewings and progressing tenancies through to move-in.

The role would suit someone who already has lettings experience and enjoys the fast-moving, relationship-led side of the industry.
