The role

We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-established independent lettings business operating in the Chandlers Ford area.

This is a Monday–Friday role managing a portfolio of around 150 fully managed properties, with some additional involvement in block management. You’ll be handling day-to-day maintenance issues, landlord and tenant communication, inspections, compliance and general portfolio management.

The role would suit someone organised, proactive and confident managing their own workload.
