What’s the role?

We’re recruiting for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and grow a lettings department within a respected independent estate agency operating in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of residential lettings, with a particular focus on winning new instructions and developing the managed portfolio. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with landlords, generating new business and ensuring the department continues to grow.

You’ll be working closely with the director and existing team while taking ownership of the lettings operation — from valuations and landlord advice through to ensuring the department runs efficiently day-to-day.
