What’s the role?

We’re recruiting for a driven and commercially minded Personal Estate Agent to operate within a modern, self-employed estate agency model in the Waterlooville area. This is an opportunity to build and manage your own client base, working flexibly while being supported by a recognised national brand.

You’ll be responsible for winning instructions, managing listings, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales — with the autonomy to run your own pipeline. Back-office support, marketing and compliance systems are in place, allowing you to focus on building relationships and growing your income.
