What’s the role?

We’re looking for a driven and confident Senior Sales Negotiator to join a Salisbury estate agency that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy sales environment, enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to be part of a relaunch that’s creating new momentum in the local market.

You’ll be conducting viewings, negotiating offers, maintaining your pipeline, supporting the listing team, and ensuring a high standard of communication throughout the sales journey. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking responsibility while working with a supportive, forward-thinking team.
