What’s the role?

We’re looking for a confident Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established, high-performing branch in Southsea, Portsmouth. This role blends negotiation, client care and front-end listing support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of sales and valuations while working closely with a professional, motivated team.

You’ll be conducting viewings, negotiating offers, managing your pipeline and assisting with new instructions — from meeting potential sellers to helping prepare listings. It’s a great step up for someone who’s comfortable in sales and ready to take on more responsibility.
