What’s the role?

We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and growing lettings team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying on top of fast-moving tasks, and helping tenants and landlords have a smooth, stress-free experience.

Your role will involve booking and carrying out viewings, handling enquiries, matching applicants to suitable properties, preparing move-in paperwork, and supporting the team with tenancy progression. If you enjoy a mix of admin, customer care and time out on appointments, this could be a great next step.
