What’s the role?

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join a modern, forward-thinking estate agency in the Bournemouth area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys taking ownership of their pipeline while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You’ll handle everything from conducting viewings and negotiating offers to progressing sales, maintaining strong communication with buyers and sellers, and supporting the wider team with listings and new business. If you enjoy variety, autonomy and speaking with people all day, this will suit you well.
