What’s the role?

We’re on the lookout for a driven and confident Assistant Manager to join a well-respected Estate Agency in Worthing in West Sussex. This full-time role is perfect for someone with solid sales experience who’s buzzing to win new business, support a team, and really make an impact.

You’ll be taking the lead on boosting sales volume and income, carrying out residential valuations and winning instructions, spotting new opportunities, and playing a key role in day-to-day team leadership. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver standout service and keep sales moving smoothly from start to finish.
