What’s the role?

We’re working with a respected estate agency in the Southampton area that’s looking to hire a Sales Support & PA Coordinator. This is a newly created role designed to support senior agents with everything that happens after an instruction is won.

You’ll be the main point of contact for vendors, keeping them informed and reassured throughout the process. You’ll also take ownership of the growing admin workload attached to new listings — from AML checks and material information to photo and EPC orders. If you’re organised, personable, and enjoy being the calm in the chaos, this could be a great fit.
