What’s the role?

We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Partner Agent to join a forward-thinking estate agency operating in the Wareham area or Dorset. This self-employed role is ideal for someone who wants to take control of their earnings, build their own pipeline, and work with a brand that values transparency and innovation.

You’ll be responsible for listing properties, managing client relationships, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers. You’ll have the freedom to run your own business with the backing of an experienced and supportive team.
