What’s the role?

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and well-regarded lettings office in Portsmouth. This role is all about helping tenants find their next home, supporting landlords, and keeping the lettings process running smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll be handling enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating lets, and supporting the tenancy progression process. It’s a fast-paced role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a dynamic environment.
