What’s the role?

I’m working with a well-established independent agency known for blending cutting-edge prop-tech with personalised, trusted property management. They’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their tight-knit, professional team in their local office.

You’d be taking the lead on a portfolio of residential properties—from overseeing compliance and tenancy lifecycles to managing maintenance and tenancy renewals. You’ll mentor more junior team members and help shape how everything runs day-to-day. This role suits someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and making an impact.
