What’s the role?

I’m working with a long-established and consistently high-performing estate and lettings agency in the Winchester area, to help them find a commercially-minded and experienced Head of Lettings, Sales & Investments.

This is a newly created senior leadership role, responsible for overseeing and growing the residential lettings, sales, and investment divisions. You’ll lead from the front—guiding a strong team, developing client relationships, managing performance, and shaping long-term strategy.

It’s a big role with real influence—ideal for someone with a lettings background and an eye for business development and growth.

• £60K – £80K+ OTE, uncapped depending on experience
• Base salary + car allowance, commission, and performance bonuses

• Mon – Fri 0845–1730, with 1 in 6 Saturdays (brief check-in with weekend temps)
