What’s the role?

I’m looking for a Business Development–focused Lettings Professional to drive growth across Southampton. You’ll be responsible for winning new landlord instructions, then securing and managing tenancies, helping to build a thriving lettings operation from the ground up. As the business expands, there’s a genuine pathway to directorship and a seat on the lettings board.
