What’s the role?

I’m working closely with one of the countries fastest growing Estate Management companies looking to expand their business on the South Coast. This ARMA accredited business already has multiple offices across the UK with a new office recently opened in the Fareham area of Hampshire.

They are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their business, preferably someone with an IRPM qualification. The main purpose of the role is to manage a leasehold portfolio for the full life cycle of the buildings.
